The Mount Washington Valley Housing Coalition's Annual State of Housing Breakfast on October 28th from 8-11am at Cranmore Mountain Resort!

Dear Friend,

As a valued member of our business community, we would like to invite you to sponsor an event that brings together the Mount Washington Valley’s most committed housing advocates, decision-makers, and problem-solvers.

The Mount Washington Valley Housing Coalition (MWVHC) is currently planning our annual State of Housing Breakfast, for October 28, 2025. This year’s theme “Zoning Changes Aren’t Enough: What Support Structures Are Working Elsewhere That We Can Recreate in the Mount Washington Valley?” reflects our growing awareness that land-use reform, while essential, is only part of the solution.

Our 2025 breakfast will explore support systems from other regions that can complement local zoning changes and reduce barriers to housing access. Our goal is to inform, inspire, and mobilize our community toward actionable solutions. We are excited to hear from the following speakers,

Ryan Fecteau
Speaker, Maine House of Representatives
Topic: What Maine Has Done to Address Affordable Housing

Jim Wogan
Director of Lending, Evernorth
Topic: Affordable Housing Funds

Larissa Crockett
Executive Director, Neighborhood Housing Trust
Topic: Community Land Trusts

Nick Taylor
Executive Director, Housing Action NH
Topic: State-Level Policy in NH: What’s Passed & What’s Ahead

We anticipate an audience of 70–100 attendees, including local elected officials, town planners, developers, community organizations, and engaged residents, all committed to moving the housing conversation forward in the Mount Washington Valley.

By sponsoring the State of Housing Breakfast, you help us bring practical, forward-thinking ideas to the forefront, and keep housing solutions moving from talk to action.

We would be happy to speak with you directly about sponsorship levels and benefits. Thank you for considering this opportunity to partner in our mission.

With gratitude,

Sara Butterfield
